The Competitive Intelligence for controlling the performance of websites and interpretation of promotional e-Marketing

Doctoriade 2009 Université de Toulon A small presentation that briefly summarizes the steering model that I developed through my research. I remember most many questions about the link between my subject and section 71 .

I take this opportunity to respond to this post:

My model uses the concept of Web Analytics that could be defined as "the study of behavior of visitors to a website" (Faivre-Duboz & Fétique, 2009). This notion is a burgeoning concept analogous to that webometrics is allowed, like the Competitive Intelligence, as a field belonging to the section 71 , Information Science and Communication.

The term webometrics is "a variant of informetrics that takes as its object of study information on the Web medium, content and structure. [...] The informetrics is the application of models and mathematical and statistical methods in order to identify laws relating to scientific and technical information. (Rostaing Herve, 1996) "(Yalaoui & Aithaddadene, 2007)
