My name is Sebastian Heath, I am Project Manager R & D within an interactive agency based in Marseille.
I hold a Master in Management of Virtual Communities and Collective Intelligence via digital networks and a Specialized Master in Management of Innovation and New Technologies optional e-Business Transformation co-accredited by the ' Ecole Centrale Marseille and Euromed Management .
Within the agency, I am in charge of projects related to new technologies of the Web, e-flight-based Marketing and Web Analytics to improve our service commitments through the development of ALS in the future.
Parallel to my work, I was appointed Head of Research for the Web Analytics Association France . This international association aims to structure the concept into a real discipline.
